Each subscription included one user account. Additional users can be added at any time.

An account can be upgraded at any time from a monthly to an annual plan. If you wish to downgrade an account, the new plan will take effect following the end of the billing period.

An account may be canceled at the end of the current billing period. If you do wish to cancel during an active subscription, you will retain access to the platform until the subscription period has ended.

If a subscription is deactivated, the account information (property data, documents, saved filters) will be saved for 60 days at which point all information will be removed.

Enodo encompasses multifamily commercial real estate within the United States.

In order to provide insight in every market throughout the U.S., Enodo collects detailed data on property characteristics and amenities, market rents, and unit availabilities from 3 different property management software integrations, 10 different rental listing sites, and over 40,000 individual property websites.

Private information that you enter or integrate is not shared with any other user. Enodo does pull public property data from property websites and listing sites. When information is entered into Enodo by a user it is used to validate the public data we already have on that asset.
